Mr. K S Sastry – Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Executive Director

• Prior to joining Narayana Group, he has extensive experience of over 22 years at organizations such as Vivimed Labs, IL&FS Engineering & Construction, Nagarjuna Fertilizers and Chemicals etc.
  
• His experience also involves roles in finalisation and consolidation of accounts (India, Nigeria, Vietnam, Spain, Mexico) Handling Statutory and Internal audits (India, Nigeria, Vietnam)
  
• Handling legal documentation and commercial issues related to international and Indian mergers & acquisitions
  
• Liaising with Central banks for vital approvals, government bodies for grants and crucial corporate issues. Obtaining EPZ approval – Nigeria and Awareness of SEZ-related issues

Throughout his career, he has worked in varied fields of finance such as fund raising, finalisation and consolidation of accounts, treasury, compliance etc
