In 41+ years of post-qualification experience as Finance Executive , had opportunity to handle assignments encompassing all facets of corporate financial management which include organizing accounts ,computerization, preparing Accounts Manual, Cost accounts, Secretarial matters,IPOs, rights issues & Pref allotments attend to audits including Statutory, CAG Supplementary audit, internal audit, Special audits by FIs/Banks, MIS , Legal , loan syndication , mergers & acquisitions.
