Job Description:
Divisional Manager will be the Operations and Administrative spoc for 30-40 branches. He / She will coordinate with the Staff (Electrical, Electronics, Furniture, other assets and services). This role is expected to supervise & coordinate with the branches operationally and make sure Infrastructure and Services are provided and managed on a timely basis.

1. Consolidation & Validation of requirements: Accuracy & Need
Technical assessment of the requirements received from DMs and propose the Apt technology / design keeping in mind the long-term objective of usage with the help of SME team within the timelines.
2. Delivery of assets and services with high quality and in time
Co-ordination with CO and vendors to deliver the branch requirements on a timely basis and in a cost-efficient manner.
3. Training of AO and admin staff and improving the operational efficiency
Constant training of AOs on administration and operations. Track the budget vs. actuals
4. Asset Management
Proper utilization of assets in the branch. Tracking the inventory and asset register and minimizing misuse/theft of assets
5. Scrap Management
• Re-usage / Sale
• Value of scrap put-in to usage after repair.
• Amount spent for repairing the Scrap.
• Value of resale of scrap
6.Supporting in representing the legal cases at the regional level and support CRO.
7.Any other support required for the Organisation in solving the issues at the Branch Level / Division.
Required Skillset:
• Understanding of the various requirements of the School / College / Hostels / Coaching Centres: Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Furniture, Uniforms, Sanitary & Hygiene Materials, Security and EHS.
• Vendor Management
• Negotiation
• Relevant Industry / Market experience and Vendor Network
• Commercial knowledge (including IMPEX) required for negotiation of price.
• In-depth understanding of Service Contract T&C
• Good knowledge on various analytical tools, CRM & ERP systems.
• Ability to remotely Manage a team size of atleast 10 spread across India.
• Good in Analytics, data mining for deriving logical conclusion.
• Good in record maintenance, preparation of dashboards.
