Key Job responsibilities:

- Knowlwdge on software as it support IT department.

- Owning the responsibility of calls to Internal & external stakeholders

- Addressing the concerns and suggesting the inputs as required

- Obtaining students, parents and other relevant information that is required

- Resolving queries and suggesting solutions based on the need of the hour

- Maintaining database of all the information related to the allotted branch

- Supporting and co-ordinating with IT department in resolving queries


Desired Candidate Profile

- Intermediate / any Graduate is eligible to apply

- Along with Proficirncyin English language

(fluency in any one of these languages is required - Bengali OR Kannada OR Tamil OR Hindi OR Telugu)

- Flexibility to work 6 days a week from Gachibowli office.
